#ARCSTRAVAGANZA: They Both Die At The End

#ARCstravaganza is a weekly meme hosted by Krysti at YA and Wine and Sarah at The Clever Reader to give book bloggers/bookstagrammers a chance to show off those ARCs/eARCs/Galleys! Comment on their weekly posts with a link to your own #ARCstravaganza blog post, or post a pic on Instagram using the #ARCstravaganza hashtag, and you will be entered to win an ARC copy of an upcoming YA novel! One winner will be chosen at random each month!

Good Monday Morning Readers! This is my 2nd week participating in #ARCstravaganza Monday & I’ve chosen my most valuable arc They Both Die AT The End by Adam Silvera. If you’ve been around my blog for a bit you probably know just how much love I have for Adam, his stories, and his characters. My #1 favorite YA Contemporary author for many reasons. Besides his writing, his personality & down to earth attitude is what I find most endearing. I’ve reached out on Twitter & he has always responded, when I read More Happy Than Not & left my thoughts on Goodreads (before this blog existed), he was the first to like my review. He is always reachable to his fans and fellow authors in the community as well. In short, he can do no wrong in my eyes LOL! My husband actually managed to get 1 of 25 copies being given away at Bookcon earlier in June & for this he scored major brownie points haha!

On September 5, a little after midnight, Death-Cast calls Mateo Torrez and Rufus Emeterio to give them some bad news: They’re going to die today. Mateo and Rufus are total strangers, but, for different reasons, they’re both looking to make a new friend on their End Day. The good news: There’s an app for that. It’s called the Last Friend, and through it, Rufus and Mateo are about to meet up for one last great adventure and to live a lifetime in a single day.

What are some ARCS/eGalleys you’re excited to have Bookworms? If you’ve participated in #ARCstravaganza this week, please feel free to drop your links & I’ll make my way around 😉

  1. Oh wow you must have been thrilled to get you hands on one of the very few ARCs of this book they has at Bookcon. I know how much you love Adam Silvera so I hope you enjoy this book Lilly (unless you’ve already read it in which case I hope you loved it!) 😀
I’m really excited for this book but after reading More Happy Than Not and History is all You Left Me I don’t know if I’m going to be ready for another Adam Silvera book this year. I know he’s going to break my heart all over again with They Both Die at the End!

It hasn’t happened yet but I know it needs to soon cuz I want to post a review. I know this will be just as amazing as his last two & so I’m looking forward to the read 🙂

    1. Oh Raven! I hope you fall in love with his characters/writing but I must warn you, bring your box of tissue. I am not one to easily cry when reading but he never fails at sending shots through my heart haha!

  3. Okay, going to try commenting again through my desktop instead of reader to see if it works! Fingers crossed! Anyway, thanks so much for participating! Your picture is the bomb! Absolutely gorgeous! And I’m so excited to read this book. I’m actually starting next weekend if my reading week goes according to plan…

    1. Thank you Krysti! I went through my spam folder and found so many of your comments *gasp* 😦 I just marked them as “Not Spam” & approved all smh, this has happened to me as well way too many times. Thanks again for stopping by & for this wonderful meme, it’s always nice seeing all the new arcs out there. This Saturday I will be outlining my reading month for August which I never do but September is looking insane with arc reviews. We will all be feeling it yet wouldn’t have it any other way haha! XoXo 😉

      1. Hahaha. No worries! I was worried that that might be happening. It doesn’t seem to do it when I go into other blogs. It’s only when I comment through reader, which is ANNOYING! Anyway, of course! You just reminded me I need to get my August schedule ready! There so many ARCs I’m a little scared to look at it. LOL. But totally agree. Wouldn’t have it any other way! 🙂

      2. yes it happens to me as well when I use reader not sure why that is though. I’m def intimidated a bit by my spreadsheet, not even gonna lie lol but ummm I can already see some hardcore reading taking place over the next few weeks haha! Happy reading Krysti 🙂

      3. I don’t know. I think WordPress has this thing where if you like to many posts or comment to many times in a set period of time, it decides your a spammer instead of a blogger? It’s really weird. Well, hooray for hardcore reading. LOL. I’ll be right there with you! We’ll have to compare lists. 🙂

      4. Ahhhh! smh, I’ll keep that in mind, thank you for the heads up 🙂 & yea we def should compare lists…no judgement though LMAO! I still have Comic Con in October & that always means a big book haul…Le sigh. I am hoping that Comic Con has more 2018 titles which is typically what they do… Could use that double right about now 🙂

      5. Sounds like a plan! Definitely no judgement. I already know there’s no way I’m getting through my list. I think I’m going to have to cut it down to ARCs only. I can’t wait to hear about Comic Con!!! 👏👏👏

      6. That’s the only reason I’ve only been reading arcs since January. With the exception of Our Dark Duet, it’s been a stick-to-the-spreadsheet year 😂😂😂 I enjoy Comic Con so much more than Bookcon, more calm as crazy as that sounds given the crowds lol. Probably because not many bookworms know that the publishers do attend 🤷🏻‍♀️

      7. Well, you can’t skip Our Dark Duet, so I don’t at all blame you there. That’s good to know about NYC Comic Con! Just in case one year I decide I can go to either BookCon or Comic Con all the way over there.
